"This is not the Wisconsin I know."

Judge Maryann Sumi, a former assistant attorney general chosen to serve on the bench by [Republican] Gov. Tommy Thompson in 1998, has justified his faith in her many times over. She is a person of impeccable integrity, wisdom, and warmth, and I am proud to have her as a colleague. . . .

I don't know what Judge Sumi's ultimate decision will be ...
But I do know one thing. She will be thoughtful, careful, independent, thorough and timely. She is the quintessential neutral magistrate. She is fulfilling her oath of office to the letter. Her professional work has been superb. It has been particularly unfair and irresponsible to direct personal criticism at her and her family, as some have done.
Read the whole thing.

The right-wing will either dismiss or ignore it, as is their wont.
