Capital Times calls for Ron Johnson's replacement

Editorializes the Madison (WI) Capital Times:
[W]e are led to wonder whether the [Wisconsin Republican] party’s sensible players might be noting that there is still enough time before the petition filing deadline to get a more credible candidate [than Ron Johnson] on the ballot.
This is a profoundly significant development, because the Capital Times's editorial board's and op-ed columnists' views have traditionally carried a lot of weight with Wisconsin conservatives.
