Area man tests Rand Paul theory of civil rights

The would-be gentlemen's club proprietor also said it's not just black people he's going to ban from his future establishment. He says he has a problem with certain white people as well, but he couldn't just put a lengthy list of names on his building so he felt the "No Negro's Allowed" sign was the best policy.
Makes sense: To keep those dastardly blanco negros at a distance.

Be sure to watch the video.

(He has a Merry Christmas sign too. Thus be PC thoroughly damned.)

Says the Wikipedia/census, "As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 1,956 people, 817 households, and 516 families residing in the city... The racial makeup of the city was 98.57% White, 0.15% African American, 0.10% Native American, 0.05% Asian, 0.66% from other races, and 0.46% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.99% of the population."

But it's not all of them, he said in the video. Let's do the math. 0.15% would be, uhm, maybe three people who told the census they were black. I think he put up the sign because there's one black family in Abbotsford.

A strip club in Abby? Really?

Doesn't he understand that he just gave them a great excuse to shut him down as soon as he opens?

I'm also offended because he spelled "negro's" wrong.

Counting the full population of both Clark and Marathon counties, I'd estimate there are 120 black households, for a total of about 395 people out of 159,391.

As you suggest, maybe the hunters and the Up Nort'ers will want to visit this notable dual-use facility.

I wonder how this story made it all the way to Mississippi.

Art has a Performing Center? What is a performing center and why does Art have one?

Brings to mind Madison's answer a few decades ago to the age-old question "What is Art?" The answer was "Art's a window washer."
