No it won't

Falsehood watch
The [Wisconsin] Supreme Court will decide Friday whether and how to punish Gableman ...
— Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel legal correspondent Patrick McIlheran

It's only hearing arguments.

Although this post is now several days old (and hence nobody will probably read this), it is worth pointing out that the article was not really incorrect on this point. As per the Supreme Court's internal operating procedures (http://www.legis.state.wi.us/rsb/scr/5998.pdf), the court meets after oral argument for a post-argument decision conference, at which it "calls for the vote on the decision of each case." Thus, the court likely did "decide" the case today, even if it will not release the decision to later.

In any case, it is certainly not accurate to say that the court is "only hearing arguments" today.

Point taken but the question before the court was on a motion for summary judgment, not "whether and how to punish Gableman."
