Never plead insanity in the Bible Belt

Federal prosecutors in Mississippi told U.S. District Judge Henry Wingate last month that a psychologist had found Christopher mentally incompetent, but the judge ruled otherwise.

It all goes back to education. If you want to help people to not be sucked into crazy ideas, you have to offer them rational alternatives, explain the universe to them. It's a matter of being ignorant versus being informed. Ultimately, we are all responsible for whatever anyone in our society thinks, professes or acts on. It's not we vs. them; it's just US.

Come back, IT! I'm reading all kinds of wacky legal news out of Wisconsin & want your inimitable perspective. The federal district judge refusing to take new criminal cases ... the innocent man convicted of homicide now suing Milwaukee and its PD ... and surely McIlheran, Esenberg or Gableman has done something excruciating lately.
