No one even touched on the most basic truth here. The premise the article is trying (but failing) to lay out is a proof that "Koschnick defended a criminal as a public defender" = "Shirley ruling consistently soft on crime as Judge".
Sorry, they have no relationship whatsoever! One is an employee/employer relationship the other is a philosophy...dah.
We vote on philosophy. If you claim philosophy is a negative component to a judicial race what do you suggest is more important their favorite color?
Stop trying to cover up for a Justice who is acting like the legislature....she needs to go....
