I'll be so magnanimous as to chalk it up to a stupid slip of the tongue, an unthinking remark. I'll put it in the same Freudian Slipper as "My Fellow Prisoners."
Do we need another President who consistently utters inanities?
Well McCain was literally begged to take it to Obama and hit him where it hits.
I'm going to go with the absent-mindedness explanation too. Unless he refers to Obama as "Toby" during the debate.
