Wonder if the Western District judge who Ron Johnson did vote to confirm approved the federal warrant. Wouldn't that be amusing.

I would correct your timing re the Western District of Wisconsin. Judge Conley was confirmed in March 2010, or 10 months before Senator Johnson began his term of office.
Ah right, my bad. Also, apparently the feds were assisting on a State warrant anyway.
