Scott Walker tanking

57% disapprove, according to Republican polling outfit

And yesterday a Dane County judge ruled his administration violated the State constitution. That's fairly tankworthy in and of itself.

I think both sides intended to fight this in court.

WI SUPREME COURT - TIE

FEDERAL COURT - UNION

US APPEAL - Revolution

Obama's been in the polling toilet for months and a federal district judge ruled his health care legislation violated the constitution. I don't see you having much to say about that.

BTW, Walker and Obama remain governor and president.

What was your point again?

Two federal judges.

I don't see you having much to say about that.

You're not looking.

No doubt there's any number of things you don't see.

Don't you just love the republican equivalency test. State A, the best they can come up with is ask why you didn't say anything about B. And best of all, B doesn't even necessarily have to be similar to A. Or, B could have been settled so it was no longer an issue. Still, it occurred.

It's better than actually having to think.
