In fairness, I don't recall Prosser putting himself forth as the "conservative" Justice. And I don't think its really fair to imply that somehow the same thing might happen again just because a sleazeball like Gableman did it.
It won't -- at least not from Prosser directly -- but I'm certain the same competing dynamics will be in play.
