Former law instructor at University of Denver, former federal prosecutor and currently district attorney.Isn't this question on the bar exam?
The religion clauses material is always at the end of the con law textbooks so maybe some of them don't make it that far.
The constitution says: "the government better keep religion out of it no matter what".It's to bad that our public schools are not teaching kids how to read because it cannot get any clearer then that. PS A mosque is also a government building in Islam.
