"Conservative" judge vs. public defender
Last time out the former party got himself into an ethics imbroglio which half the court that heard the case contends is unresolved still.

In fairness, I don't recall Prosser putting himself forth as the "conservative" Justice. And I don't think its really fair to imply that somehow the same thing might happen again just because a sleazeball like Gableman did it.
