The Dems' lawyer shouldn't have been late. He should have got up at 3 a.m. to be in court on time. You don't want to give Mac Davis another opportunity to rant about "big lefties like Joel McNally and Bill Lueders ." Or maybe you do: it was pretty funny the first time.

ReplyDeleteThey should file for a writ of "supervisory/original" and have the "big lefties" on the Supreme Court reprimand Mac Davis. Worked before.
