Yeah, what really caught my eye was the capital 'A' on "Alcohol", and the fact that she wasn't asked to swear to what she was actually drinking that night.
Because, as any lawyer knows, if you're a complete blank because of Long Island Ice Tea, you can't be legally responsible for what you said.
All of these documents are awesome. Obviously they lack the coherence and writing quality of the average document filed by a nut-job pro-se litigant, but they are far more entertaining.
Seeing these sort of documents on a semi-regular basis as a part of my job would be mildly amusing except people who are using them are so passionately convinced that the documents confirm valid legal actions. It is sad really.
