Blargher Kevin Binversie turns eight years old

According to WisOpinion.com's "featured blogs" feed. That seems about right, mentality-wise. But in fact Binversie turns seven days old at 1:41 p.m. today, as I read the statute and the USPS delivery confirmation.

Perhaps he believes I was kidding, or have forgotten. Nope to both.

  1. No Tom, got your letter.

Having some lawyers assist me on what to do next.

Thanks for reminding the world you're a jerk though.

  2. Good. Maybe your lawyers will understand.

  3. This is getting interesting now ... and perhaps expensive considering that lawyer assistance generally doesn't come cheap.

Ah, the price we pay for the foolish things we say.

  4. He doesn't need to hire a lawyer. All he needs to do is publish a one-liner, as prescribed by the statute, at 1:42. But if he wants to continue being "a jerk" instead, that's up to him.

  5. Just making sure all the "I's" are dotted and "T's" are crossed. Didn't the letter until Wednesday, as you no doubt saw my father signed for the USPS.

  6. Wow! As part of his apology, he calls you a jerk. This kid has a future in the FitzWalker administration, doesn't he?

  7. An apology is not what the statute requires. That's why I told him to read it carefully. His lawyers might assist him with that.

  8. You know, if he was using his noggin he'd bypass the lawyers and request assistance from Cindy Kilkenny. She has extensive experience in this area of the law. ;-D

  9. That's certainly not apparent from her related commentary.

  10. Cindy, how many loudmouths should Tom be expected to take on at one time?

  11. With all of the name dropping(of people no one have ever heard of) kevin likes to use, I am surprised he is not in the fitzwalkerstan administration already.

  12. I heard it was between him and Rich in Retail.

  14. Thank you. "A correction, timely published, without comment ... " Emphasis added.

  15. Tom,

I will gladly donate any amount necessary in Kevin's defense. It would make my day to see your "case" get tossed on summary judgment, and to see you publicly humiliated in a court of law.

I've also started the process to file a grievance against you with the OLR.

    Chew on that, Tommy.

  16. Perhaps obtaining an adverse summary judgment might have been part of a larger point that arguably needs to be made, did you ever think of that? And why don't you sign your name? You might as well, because the OLR will tell me who you are once you file your grievance.

  17. I wonder if this Anony is the same one who commented on Kevin's link under the name "Marjorie Rock", which is also part of his troll, of course, this being the name of Tim Rock's mother who passed away in 2009.

  18. By the way if Anon. 8:40 a.m. is indeed the same person who's been terrorizing our little community for some time now, I expect she or he would be extremely reluctant to reveal her or his identity to the OLR. Not that that should be interpreted as any message of deterrence to her or him on my part, of course. Anyone's free to file a grievance, and I support that system.

  19. My mother used to tell me in regards to people like our anonymous troll that their opinion is none of our business. I don't care anymore. The only person it harms is itself. My mother would agree, though with sadness for its soul.
