Kudos to Rahm Emanuel

He has his piano tuned every six months.

Two judges don't find that helps establish Rahm Emanuel's Chicago residency, but one thinks it's proof Rahm never abandoned Chicago.

    As a former acoustic piano owner, I approve and even felt a surge of admiration. Shortly after I think "Ach. Guy just has a contract with a tuner."
