  3. I bet a doughnut his defense will be that he was trying to test security.

    Posing as a repairman is usually a good scheme for social engineering, but they blew it by actually pretending to seem excited to fix something.

    They should've pretended to seem annoyed that the customer had called them to fix something. That would've been more realistic than $3 hard hats and fluorescent vests.
