Charlene Hardin has been a board member for 12 years, representing a north side district. Three candidates are challenging her bid for a fourth term: substitute teacher Gloria Gaston; Michael Mathias, a blogger and Medical College of Wisconsin employee; and Annie Woodward, a retired county employee.Earlier: Another high-tech lynching.
