"I think there is a class of people who lives to get a disorderly conduct ticket. It is a badge of honor of certain leftists in Madison, and they do disrupt things," Glenn Grothman said.Boo hoo. I'll be impressed when Grothman is appalled by his WISGOP colleagues — including the Republican governor and top Republican legislative leaders — who broke the law and violated the constitution.

There's also class of people (small, admittedly) who live to give Glenn a giant bear hug. Watch your back and your front, Glenn!
Illusory Tenant - I'd greatly appreciate increased exposure, and especially specific technical comment and criticism of the constitutional law arguments presented in my latest essay, posted now on my "Hearts and Minds" blog, titled, "Corporations v. Persons - What would Du Bois, MLK, and Malcolm X say?"
It is directly pertinent to (a) the legal theory of corporate personhood, (b) the 2010 CU v. FEC Supreme Court ruling, and (c) the viability and the future of democracy and government that is of, by, and for the people. Specifically, I would like to know whether the portion of my argument which rests on Article IV section 2 has ever been cited in the Supreme Court or before the court of public opinion on this matter.
"Move to Amend" finally and laudably now has a chapter in Milwaukee. They could flourish with membership and support. I appreciate your help and your informed and professional opinion.
Clyde, how are you? Long time. I'll be sure to check it out.
