Everybody, apparently.
its too bad. JS's patrick marley just asked prosser a question, and prosser looks like he may be freaking out--but it is impossible to say for sure.
Too late to ask them if attorneys can just file appeals of TROs even if the subject of the TRO didn't ask for the appeal.
I believe JBVH & Assts are on autopilot because La Follette was sued in his official capacity.
